Supervision & Responsibility

• All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult (18+).
• Wowland UK does not accept responsibility for child supervision, except during designated holiday camps.
• Parents/guardians are fully responsible for supervising their children.

Play Area Restrictions

• Only children under 148 cm (4’10”) may play.
• Play is restricted to 60 minutes per session. Overstay charges apply.

Hygiene & Safety Guidelines

• Children must wash their hands before entering.
• Shoes must be removed, and socks must be worn at all times.
• No sharp objects, jewellery, or ropes allowed in the play area.

Play Equipment Rules

• One child at a time on slides or trampolines.
• No playing at the bottom of slides – children must exit immediately.

Health & Behaviour Policies

• Children who are unwell must not visit for at least 48 hours.
• Aggressive behaviour or bullying will not be tolerated.

Accidents & Reporting

• Parents must report all accidents to staff immediately.
• Any damaged equipment should be reported to staff.

Food & Drinks Policy

• No outside food & drinks allowed except for baby food.
• Nappy changing must be done in designated areas.

Waiver & Liability Agreement

By proceeding with a booking at Wowland UK, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• I am a competent adult (18+ years old) and responsible for the child(ren) in my care.
• Wowland UK is not responsible for supervising my child(ren).
• I understand participation in play activities carries inherent risks.
• Wowland UK is not liable for lost personal belongings.
